Grounded: Identity & Transformation Mentorship is a Christ-centered mentorship experience that blends spiritual guidance, meaningful conversations, and practical tools to help you identify and dismantle the false narratives that have shaped your life.
As a writer, I have spent years helping people develop and refine stories. Through this mentorship, I help women do something equally important: uncover the stories they've unknowingly been living by.
Together, we will identify the lies that have shaped your identity, renew your mind with biblical truth, and align your life with the story God has already written for you.
This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about returning to who you were always created to be.
Why It's Important
Your story matter, but it isn't the whole story
The narratives we believe shape everything: our thoughts, our choices, our relationships, and the way we show up in the world.
Sometimes those narratives are formed by heartbreak, disappointment, fear, rejection, failure, divorce, comparison, or life transitions. Over time, those experiences can begin to define us.
But our experiences are not our identity.
When we learn to dismantle false narratives and replace them with God's truth, we begin to live with greater confidence, clarity, peace, and purpose.
Because when identity is grounded in truth, everything else begins to align.
WHY I CAN HELP
I've spent years helping people rewrite stories. Now I help women rewrite the ones they're living by.
As a licensed minister through Charis Bible College, writer, and mentor, I combine biblical truth with real-life experience to help women uncover the narratives that have been shaping their lives and align themselves with the story God has already written for them.
I've walked through seasons of change, loss, rebuilding, and starting over. I understand what it's like to feel disconnected from who you are, and I also know the freedom that comes from becoming grounded in truth.
My unique perspective allows me to bridge two worlds: helping people develop stories as a writer and helping women dismantle the false stories they have believed about themselves.
